The Grand Forks County state Attorney's Office issued charges Tuesday afternoon against Spencer Garness, who allegedly wrote "Scott is a Jew" in ice cream in a campus residence hall elevator, according to news reports.
Garness was charged with disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor that carries a maximum penalty of 30 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. North Dakota law carries no special designation for hate crimes.

We as a society need to wake up and realize it is our collective responsibility to protect all members of the Jewish tribe from the cold realities and open hostilities of the real world! The one the rest of us have to live in. Even at the expense of our culture, our individual rights and our own pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Right, okay, "nobody": simple question (for this blog) is what is it, again, u've proven?
For if Israel/Jews, lies, hubris, etc. are problem (indicated, confirmed by "nobody")--what then, socio-biologically (see KevinMacDonald.net) to do?
And my humble, but serious and honest, answer is racism--which is first a natural human reaction, never forget or doubt. "Nobody" seems to pretend it's virtuous, or somesuch, to revile racism, as for example, "evil," but which racism I explain to him is axiomatic, being loyalty, quite simply, according to even dictionary definition.
Hence racism is not "evil," for one thing. "Nobody" is affronted and reacts--nihilistically, no doubt.
Nobody refuses then like girl to consider the necessity and utility of racism--as if it's like some religious principle of his, in accord w. Buddha, nihilism, etc.
And I conclude and observe "nobody" merely fools himself pretending he's virtuous--and FAILS for most useful analysis of Jew/Israel, lies, hubris, etc. problems--which I assume blogging dialectic is all about. Nobody forgot--he's so busy trying to laugh.
Hence then necessary medicine for Jews/Israel, etc., is anti-semitism and racism, but also HONESTY, which "nobody" lacks in his "sophistication" and laughing, etc.
Pt. is then anti-semitism is historic tradition and precedent, most successful having been surely St. Constantine the Great's triumph over Jews, early 4th cent., a culture-wide Jew-expulsion, crushing, devastating--which "nobody" rather wants to ignore.
